Glad you asked! You’ll help welcome guests at the Shuttle Stop at Town Center Park, guiding them as they arrive at and depart from the festival. Since all visitors will park in off-site lots, you’ll assist guests as they step off the shuttle and help them find the correct bus when it is time to return. Think of yourself as a friendly guide at the gateway to the kingdom, helping every guest begin and end their adventure with ease.

Volunteers ages 11 to 13 need a parent or guardian to volunteer with them. Sign up together for two slots.

Volunteer parking is not available at or around Town Center Park. Allow extra time to park at one of our free offsite shuttle locations. Shuttles and directions can be found at suwaneefest.com/parking. You can also arrange to be dropped off.

If you're taking a shuttle, please arrive at the lot at least 30 minutes before your shift start time to allow for the time it will take to reach the park.

Please note that shuttles will not be available for the first shift on Saturday.

We need parade walkers, line-up assistants, volunteers to escort children to their assigned spots, and clean-up helpers once the procession is complete. Think of it as guiding a royal parade filled with colorful costumes, creative floats, beloved storybook characters, and plenty of festival magic.

Parade volunteers should head directly to the line-up site at the intersection of Stonecypher Road and Eva Kennedy Road. DO NOT report to Town Center Park. Plan to get dropped off or park at Suwanee First United Methodist on Scales Road NW.

Tasks may include helping vendors load their vehicles, putting away tents and tables, collecting signs, bundling trash, and making sure the park is ready to return to normal. Think of it as helping restore the kingdom after the gates close and the last guests head home.

Located along the street in front of the Town Center businesses, this magical kingdom gives children plenty of opportunities to play, explore, and let their imaginations run wild. No dragon slaying required.

Glad you asked! As part of our Beautification Team, you’ll help keep the park clean and safe for all festival guests. No magic wand required. Tasks may include:

Emptying trash cans

Picking up litter

Refreshing hand-washing or sanitation stations

Other helpful tasks to keep the park looking good

We will provide gloves, bags, wipes, and any other supplies you need. Your job helps ensure the festival looks more like an enchanted kingdom and less like the aftermath of a dragon stampede.

The Suwanee Fest Committee plans our biggest event of the year! This committee meets monthly on Monday evenings to assist in planning all aspects of the annual fall festival, from the parade and entertainment to vendors and transportation.
