Get ready for a magical weekend at Suwanee Fest!
This year, the festival is stepping into a world of enchanted forests, magnificent castles, and happily-ever-afters. We need helpful and dependable volunteers like YOU to help make Suwanee Fest a storybook success.
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering at Suwanee Fest is an adventure of its own. You’ll meet new friends, help your community, and, for students, earn those all-important service hours. Plus, every volunteer receives a FREE Fairytale-themed Suwanee Fest T-shirt.
What’s the Job?
Glad you asked! You’ll help set up or staff the FREE Family Fun Zone, an enchanted play area filled with games and activities for our youngest festival guests. Located along the street in front of the Town Center businesses, this magical kingdom gives children plenty of opportunities to play, explore, and let their imaginations run wild. No dragon slaying required.
Where Do I Go?
All volunteers should check in at the Volunteer Tent at Suwanee City Hall before their shift.
Important Info:
Please review the attached waiver. By signing up, you agree to the Volunteer Waiver terms.
If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian reads the waiver too.
Volunteers ages 11 to 13 need a parent or guardian to volunteer with them. Sign up together for two slots.
High schoolers ages 14 to 17 can volunteer solo.
Parking and Transportation:
Volunteer parking is not available at or around Town Center Park. Allow extra time to park at one of our free offsite shuttle locations. Shuttles and directions can be found at suwaneefest.com/parking. You can also arrange to be dropped off.
If you're taking a shuttle, please arrive at the lot at least 30 minutes before your shift start time to allow for the time it will take to reach the park.
Dress Code and Prep:
Prepare for the great outdoors. This is a rain-or-shine event, so dress accordingly. Wear closed-toe shoes and consider bringing a hat and sunscreen. We’ll make sure you stay hydrated with plenty of cold water.
