Suwanee Fest 2025: The Park Is Open!
Hold onto your butts… Suwanee Fest is back for its 41st year, and this time it's Jurassic-sized! Get ready for a prehistoric adventure filled with entertainment, shopping, food, and fun for the whole family. The dinosaurs may be the stars of the theme, but we need over 300 volunteers to make sure the park runs smoothly all weekend long.
Event Details:
Set-up begins on Friday afternoon. The festival officially kicks off Saturday morning with the annual parade and continues through the weekend with live entertainment, unique vendors, delicious food, and activities for guests of all ages.
Volunteer Info:
Volunteers aged 14 and older are welcome.
Ages 11 to 13 can volunteer with a parent or guardian working alongside them.
Adults, join in the fun too. This is a great way to meet new people and be part of one of Suwanee’s biggest community events.
All volunteers receive a FREE, commemorative Suwanee Fest t-shirt featuring this year’s Jurassic theme.
Group Volunteering:
Have a large group, like 20 people from your youth group or organization? Use the "team" registration when you sign up. Great times for group volunteering include Friday set-up and Sunday afternoon load-out.
Logistics:
Suwanee Fest is held rain or shine.
For most shifts, parking is NOT available at Town Center Park. Volunteers should use one of our 3 FREE off-site shuttle lots. Allow 30 minutes for shuttle transport or arrange to be dropped off.

Dress for the weather (it is usually hot in September) and wear closed-toed, comfortable shoes. Cold water will be provided for volunteers.

You may sign up for as many shifts and dates as you like. Whether you help with the parade, work at the Family Fun Zone, or support our behind-the-scenes crews, your time and effort will help keep the park running smoothly.
