We're ready for a Wild, Wild Fest - Suwanee Fest 2023! And we need to rustle up plenty of volunteers like you!
Volunteering at Suwanee Fest is FUN and a great way to meet new friends, help your community, and (for students) earn service hours. All volunteers will receive a FREE Suwanee Fest t-shirt - so be certain your size is indicated on your profile.
What will I be doing? We're glad you asked! You'll help set up the festival - which might be helping vendors unload their vehicles, setting up tents and tables, putting out signs, bundling up trash, etc.
Where do I report? Volunteers should report to the check-in tent at Suwanee City Hall.
Please review the attached waiver - By signing up to volunteer, you are accepting the terms of the Volunteer Waiver. Any volunteers under age 18 must have this waiver reviewed by a parent or guardian.
All volunteers age 11-14 MUST have a parent/guardian work alongside them for their shift (sign up for two slots at the same times). High schoolers (age 14-17) may sign up solo for any shift.
PARKING: Parking will not be available for volunteers at or around Town Center Park. Please allow an additional 30 minutes to park at the free offsite shuttles found at suwaneefest.com/parking or you may choose to get dropped off at the park.
DRESS and other preparations: dress for the outdoors, rain or shine, and wear closed-toed shoes. You may want to bring a hat and sunscreen as well. Water will be provided for volunteers.
