Description

YEE-HAW, y'all and welcome to "Wild Wild Fest" - Suwanee Fest 2023!!

We need to rustle up over 300 cowpokes (volunteers) to make this festival a success!

Set up begins on Friday afternoon. The festival kicks off Saturday morning with the annual parade, and the entire weekend is packed with entertainment, shopping, food, and fun for the whole family!

We welcome volunteers who are age 14+, or 11-13 can sign up with a parent working alongside them. Adults are also welcome and it's a great way to make new friends in your community! All volunteers will receive a complimentary Suwanee Fest themed t-shirt - so be certain that your profile includes your t-shirt size!

If you have a large group who would like to volunteer (example 20 people from your youth group would all like to work the same shift), please click "team" registration when you sign up. Great times to do this include Friday set up and Sunday afternoon load out.

The event is held rain or shine. For most shifts, parking WILL NOT be available at Town Center Park. We have 3 FREE off-site shuttle lots so plan for 30 minutes transport on the shuttles, or get dropped off. Lots are at 305 Shawnee North (across from IHOP on L'ville-Suwanee Road), Shadowbrook Church (across from the fire station), and Gwinnett Church (300 Peachtree Industrial Blvd.) See suwaneefest.com for directions and details.

Please dress for the weather (which usually is hot), and wear closed-toed comfortable shoes. We will provide cold water for volunteers.

You may sign up for as many shifts and dates as you'd like! Click the links below for more details, and THANK YOU! We couldn't "fest" without you  :-)
